Appointment Policies: Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice to avoid any fees. Please note that a Late Cancellation or No Show will incur fee of $50. Additionally, if there are more than two No Shows, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding!

Prescription Refill Policy: Please allow 24 business hours for all prescription refills. Kindly note that ADHD medications may take longer to process. Refills will not be completed the weekend. Due to potential supply issues, it is your responsibility to locate a pharmacy with the necessary medications in stock. Additionally most medications require insurance approval, which can take up to one week.

Insurance Policies: We are proud to be in network with most major insurance policies and will handle the filing of your claims directly. Please remember that it is your responsibility to pay any estimated patient responsibility on the day of your appointment. Additionally, kindly inform us of any changes or updates to your insurance before your visit to ensure a smooth experience.
