To our valued patients, THANK YOU all for your continued support by entrusting us to care for your families’ mental health needs over the years. We're closely monitoring the situation with the COVID-19 virus (AKA coronavirus) and are following local, state, and federal government recommendations/mandates regarding our availability. As always, the safety and well-being of our patients and team are one of our highest priorities. 

We earnestly request that you call to reschedule an upcoming appointment, if you fall into any of the following conditions:

  1. You, or someone you have been around, currently have, or have had in the last 30 days, flu like symptoms (i.e. fever, cough, sore throat, muscle pain, GI symptoms, etc.).
  2. You have traveled to or from any of the affected geographical areas in the last 30 days: China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Italy, Iran, or any area that has a known outbreak of COVID-19. This includes a layover/connecting flight through an airport in any of these locations.
  3. You are over the age of 60 and/or have underlying medical conditions that would compromise your immune system (i.e. heart disease, lung disease, diabetes mellitus, etc). 

We do require your assistance to ensure the well-being of your fellow neighbors and our team.  Listed below are a few steps our office is implementing to keep exposure at a minimum. 

  1. Please do not bring any unnecessary family members or friends with you to your scheduled appointment.
  2. Please wait in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time. If we are running behind, we will ask you to return to your car and will notify you when we are ready for your appointment.
  3. We will gladly reschedule anyone who is doing well and would prefer to not come in and will provide a 30 day refill on all medications.

In addition to the immediate precautions we are taking, we will be implementing telepsych options in the near future. You will need access to a laptop/smart device for this service.
